We trust you to act responsibly and not misuse our Services. <\/p>\n 1.2 Intrasenze does not permit content that promotes or condones violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, sexual orientation, or gender identity.<\/p>\n 1.3 Intrasenze and its Services must not be used for pornographic or sexually explicit material.<\/p>\n 1.4 Harassment, threats, invasion of privacy, or disclosure of personal information are prohibited.<\/p>\n 1.5 You must report any content that violates these guidelines through the built-in reporting system.<\/p>\n<\/div> 2.1 This Agreement is effective as of March 18, 2016.<\/p>\n This Agreement is between you and Intrasenze United Action Network AB,<\/strong> registration number 559050-6068<\/strong>, Box 55679, 102 15 Stockholm, Sweden (\u201cIntrasenze\u201d).<\/p>\n Intrasenze may provide its services through its affiliates or other approved providers.<\/p>\n 2.3 The software is licensed, not sold. By using Intrasenze\u2019s Services, you accept the terms of this Agreement. <\/p>\n 2.4 You may not use the Services if you are under the legal age to form a contract, lack guardian consent, or are otherwise prohibited by law.<\/p>\n<\/div> 3.1 \u201cHardware\u201d means all equipment manufactured, distributed, or provided by Intrasenze.<\/p>\n 3.2 \u201cSoftware\u201d means all software distributed or made available by Intrasenze.<\/p>\n 3.3 \u201cServices\u201d include all hardware, software, and related support.<\/p>\n 3.4 \u201cContent\u201d refers to text, audio, video, images, and other material created, shared, or accessed through the Service.<\/p>\n 3.5 \u201cMetadata\u201d refers to information about the Content, such as location or timestamp.<\/p>\n 3.6 \u201cTerms\u201d means this Agreement and its provisions.<\/p>\n<\/div> 4.1 Under this Agreement, Intrasenze grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use one copy of the software, provided that you comply with the terms. The software is not sold and ownership remains with Intrasenze. <\/p>\n 4.2 The license covers the use of Intrasenze\u2019s technology, methods, concepts and solutions, whether provided through software, APIs, hardware, platforms or otherwise.<\/p>\n No rights are granted to use, reproduce, implement, imitate or otherwise exploit Intrasenze\u2019s technology, methods or solutions beyond what is expressly permitted under this Agreement.<\/p>\n Any use beyond the scope of the license \u2013 including but not limited to modifying, copying, reselling, distributing, replicating or attempting to recreate features, processes or methodology \u2013 is strictly prohibited and protected by Intrasenze\u2019s intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, patents, trademarks, database rights and trade secrets.<\/p>\n 4.3 The basic version of the service (\u201cBase License\u201d) is free of charge. Intrasenze also offers additional or Premium Services in the app that require payment. Payment is made to Intrasenze Pay AB<\/strong> for all users, or to the supplier or affiliate with whom the customer has a commercial agreement. All payments must follow the instructions provided in the app or on the invoice. <\/p>\n<\/div> 5.1 Intrasenze reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on intrasenze.com. <\/p>\n By continuing to use the Services, you accept the updated Terms.<\/p>\n<\/div> 6.1 Certain Services require an Intrasenze account. You must provide accurate information. <\/p>\n 6.2 You are responsible for all activities under your account.<\/p>\n 6.3 If you suspect unauthorized access, notify Intrasenze immediately.<\/p>\n<\/div> 7.1 You must not:<\/p>\n a) Violate this Agreement or any other Intrasenze policy.<\/p>\n b) Infringe upon Intrasenze\u2019s or third parties\u2019 intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n c) Use the Service to harm, manipulate, or overload systems.<\/p>\n d) Spread malware or harmful code.<\/p>\n e) Copy or monitor the website using automated tools without authorization.<\/p>\n f) Attempt to bypass security mechanisms.<\/p>\n g) Sell, distribute, or modify software without permission.<\/p>\n h) Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code.<\/p>\n i) Remove copyright or trademark notices.<\/p>\n<\/div> 8.1 Through your account, you may submit Content.<\/p>\n 8.2 You are responsible for ensuring that all material complies with the law and Intrasenze\u2019s guidelines.<\/p>\n 8.3 You retain ownership but grant Intrasenze a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display metadata in connection with the Service.<\/p>\n 8.4 Intrasenze may remove inappropriate content and suspend users who violate these Terms.<\/p>\n 8.5 All use must comply with national legislation, including video-surveillance laws.<\/p>\n<\/div> 9.1 All copyrights, patents, design rights, and intellectual property in software, documentation, and materials belong to Intrasenze.<\/p>\n The structure and code are trade secrets protected by Swedish law and international treaties.<\/p>\n<\/div> 10.1 All APIs, keys, SDKs, and documentation are provided by Intrasenze and are subject to these Terms and specific license provisions.<\/p>\n 10.2 API access is granted only after user acceptance through interactive consent.<\/p>\n 10.3 API keys are personal or client-specific and may not be shared or transferred without written permission.<\/p>\n 10.4 Unauthorized use may result in suspension and legal action.<\/p>\n<\/div> 11.1 All technology, code, structure, and communication in API Services are protected by Intrasenze\u2019s intellectual property rights, including registered patents in the EU, Sweden, and the United States.<\/p>\n 11.2 Reproducing, decompiling, or circumventing patented functionality is prohibited.<\/p>\n 11.3 Unauthorized use of patented technology may result in civil and\/or criminal liability.<\/p>\n 11.4 Patent numbers: EP19806582.3, SE2030286-5, SE1850621-2, US 17\/057,897.<\/p>\n<\/div> 12.1 Intrasenze may log timestamps, user IDs, IP addresses, and Terms versions to verify acceptance.<\/p>\n 12.2 Logging is performed solely for compliance, traceability, and security in accordance with GDPR.<\/p>\n<\/div> 13.1 Intrasenze reserves the right to modify these API Terms.<\/p>\n 13.2 Users must accept the new version before continuing to use the Services in case of significant changes.<\/p>\n<\/div> 14.1 The use of Intrasenze\u2019s Services is at your own risk.
