Intrasenze Foundation The Board

Intrasenze AB developed the digital alarm platform UAN-Safe in 2015. It connects individuals and safety equipment within social networks to enhance personal security and community safety.

Through our open community, United Action Network, we bring together people and technology. With our patented solution, the Improved Safety Alert Network System, we enable safer communities by empowering individuals with greater security.

Using the foundation’s analytical tools, we measure the impact of our initiatives.

Co-founder and CEO of Intrasenze AB (Publ). Tony is a serial entrepreneur with almost 10 years of experience in start-up companies and 30 years of experience in the security industry. Tony is a certified alarm engineer, authorized locksmith master and board trained through the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. He is the founder and CEO of TF Förvaltning AB, Invertir AB and Investma Capital Holding AB. Previously founder, principal owner and CEO of PELE Security AB and Väsby Lås & Alarm AB, which was acquired by Schneider Electric.

Co-owner and co-founder of Intrasenze AB (Publ). Chairman of the Board of Intrasenze AB and Global Sales Manager at Alarmtech AB. Previously founder and CEO of Alarm System Sverige AB (ADI), technical sales and product manager of Alarmcom AB which was acquired by Siemens Building Technologies. Several years of experience as a product specialist in the security industry and former security installer.

Professional board member with a degree from the Gothenburg School of Economics with many years of experience from leading positions in both listed companies and owner-managed companies with a focus on growth. This has led to a number of recognitions such as CEO of Gazelle companies and winner of the Food Export Company of the Year. Examples of assignments; Academedia (NTI), IHM, ASSA Abloy, Fria Bröd, Savolax and Together Tech. She has experience of internationalization and has lived in the Middle East, USA and several countries in Europe. Jeanine is a board member of Intrasenze AB (publ.), Intrasenze Foundation and Intrasenze Partner. Jeanine has also held board positions in the security, food, education and healthcare sectors. Jeanine is certified through Styrelseakademien where she also held a board position for several years.

Member of the Board of Directors. Professional experience as Director of Communications at AB Electrolux. Prior to that, worked in various positions in communications and marketing in the energy, software and telecom industries. Educated mechanical engineer at Växjö University, and studies in political science and business administration at Stockholm University. Other assignments, member of the board of the Center for Business History, and the Electrolux Food Foundation.

Co-founder of Intrasenze Foundation and partner in Intrasenze AB (Publ). Researcher in economics and organization at Lund University who is passionate about social benefit. Björn Anders is an expert in local development, social and economic analysis. Responsible in the Intrasenze Foundation for analyzing the social benefits of security. Several years of experience in sales and marketing in several Swedish listed companies. Björn Anders can through his unique expertise map communities and measure their improvement through increased community and belonging, including through the use of UAN-SAFE.

Co-founder of Intrasenze Foundation and partner Intrasenze AB (Publ). Board member of several companies with expertise in business development and progress. Examples of assignments; Valuegard, Nanol, Onify, Activade and Kleist Cooperation. Jan has been CEO of Intrasenze AB (Publ) 2016-2017. Jan has over 30 years of experience in Ericsson AB (Publ) with leading positions in Stockholm, Asia and the USA. Jan has extensive experience in IT, sales, development and production. Several years of experience in startup companies as a fundraiser, investor and board member. MBA from Stockholm University.
