The UAN-Safe mobile app is free to install and use. In the UAN-Safe Community, users can subscribe to different types of memberships. Update easily on Google Play or the App Store. UAN-Safe is made with people and devices that are connected in groups, called networks. There are different types of networks: public, which can be accessed by anyone, and private, which require a personal invitation. Regarding public networks (groups), you simply choose to follow and join. All networks are based on a geographical location. You can create and follow networks wherever you are. You can integrate with different networks depending on the membership you have chosen. Below, please see which memberships you can choose from. MINI: Completely free of charge. MINI can use most of the features of UAN-Safe, such as creating alarms and alerts, commenting and reading network notifications. The MINI can join networks, but has limited access to open and private networks. MEDI: The user can create their own networks with different characters and join others’ networks. 10:-/month* including all MINI benefits. MAXI: Allows users to create and join unlimited networks and customize their settings. 19/month* including all MEDI benefits. MEGA: In addition to all MAXI benefits, MEGA users can customize alarm settings. 49/month* including all MAXI benefits. MACRO: With MACRO you can build your own digital Alarm Center. Add devices, monitor and manage an unlimited number of alarm systems, cameras and other devices. 99:-/month* including all MEGA benefits. All membership subscriptions are monthly based and payment is handled by App Store with user’s App Store Account. This is how the payment works The first month’s payment will be charged to the App Store account upon confirmation of purchase. First-time buyers get a 30-day trial period for free. Subscription automatically renews every month unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Auto-renewal can only be turned off from the App Store, not within the app, per Apple policy. Once auto-renewal is turned off, the subscription is still valid and the user has the same access until the end of the current period. The subscription is linked to the UAN-Safe user account, not the device. Once subscribed, the user can use the UAN-Safe account on any device where the UAN-Safe mobile app is available with the same member access. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period and will indicate the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions can be upgraded or downgraded by the user at any time. The user will receive a refund for the remaining time of the current subscription. The payment for the new subscription will be charged immediately, and the new subscription will become effective immediately.
